  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp keto cinnamon sugar
  • 6 slices of Sola bread
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp sola sweetener
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup blueberries,
  • Salted Butter for cooking


Whisk the heavy cream, eggs, and keto cinnamon sugar together in a bowl. Leave it alone.
Combine the cream cheese, vanilla essence, Sola Sweetener, and lemon juice in a separate bowl. The berries are folded in.
Lay the cream cheese mixture between the bread slices to create three sandwiches.
Dip the sandwiches in the milk and egg mixture. Put it aside.
Heat a medium frying pan over medium heat.
Add THREE TBSP of salted butter to the pan.
Cook the filled French toast for around three minutes on each side (or until they are brown). Add additional keto cinnamon sugar or honest syrup over top.
